Error 0 null

So I am doing what I can to print a shipping label off the eBay app. However I keep getting this error null message. 

Is is there anything i can do about this? I restarted the app, my phone and so far nothing is working.

I don't use the mobile app. so the only suggestion I can make is to make sure it is linked with your printer if you haven't already done so.
