Erroneous Fedex charges have not been credited.

I was charged over $200 for packages be under the weight I put in the shipping label.

Ebay said these charges would be credited back to me in 5 days. Not only did that not happen but more charges came through.

Again, I know for a fact these are erroneous because the charge indicated my weight was LOWER than on the label and that is why I was being charged. 

Ebay what is going on?

I find it amazing   that  ebay  is this slow   to  credited back  erroneous  billing errors   currently  , Yet nearly 6  years  ago  Ebay acted  faster  on FedEx  billing errors  , And     ebay  wasn't into managed  payments  and grabbing seller fee's  right up front .
