Ebay needs to stop this scam! I order something and select USPS and pay customs, and it get sent to Kentucky. And then maybe it gets reshipped by some other service? I have not received this in a month from California to British Columbia. I will just stop using ebay.

Listings that have international shipping often show up on other eBay sites. Not all buyers purchase on .com.

Hello @pjcdn2005,
Thanks for responding, appreciate it!
Yes I did, that's correct. based from Aramex website it says "Shipment x-ray scanned at Aramex origin facility" since 19 Mar 2022. So when I called them and sent an email trying to contest the status, they said that. the physical package has not reached them yet. What's being scanned from their end is just the documentation.
In any case that the actual package comes to their facility, the shipment summary will be changed immediately from processing to "In-Transit"
So from here I'm being passed back and forth between USPS (saying that they've already sent it out to Aramex) and Aramex saying that they haven't received the actual physical package yet. What they've got is just the documentation.
I am located in Singapore logged-in and is buying from ebay.com NOT from ebay.com.sg. I tried reaching out to the support team an this is the response I got:
"I appreciate your quick reply, and we want to get this resolved. Taking a look, it looks like you are located in Singapore so all purchases would technically be made through the Singapore site. Regardless, this is not something we are able to change, as you are located in Singapore, and we do not have the ability to open the claim."
Receiving this response from a huge company as eBay is just frustrating. I'm being passed from here and there and the platform itself can't even help due to location. - Still hoping though that one fine day I'll receive it.
What worries me now are those remaining 5 Packages that costs over US $500. It's been stuck in:
The ETA for this one is on the 29th on April though but it's the 21st of April, 10 days after but still no progress. I know they still have like 8 days, etc and it's still too early to raise this concern but after my previous experience from a US $30 package, makes worried knowing that this one costs more, and is more limited.
As a collector, cost is one thing but the excitement of finally owning something that you never had when you were a kid is another. And this experience is just frustrating.😓
Still hoping that I'd be receiving all of them 🙏
Thanks again @pjcdn2005!

You should be able to open an item not received claim the day after the expected delivery date. If you were signed into the ,com site when you made the purchase(s) you should be able to do that by going to your purchase history on this site. Claims are always based on the site that you were signed into when you made the purchase, regardless of where you live.

Thanks for staying with me on this one @pjcdn2005. Actually, that's the first thing I did. Each and every time I tried reporting this item as "not yet received" the page redirects me to the eBay Customer Service page however, it just says:
"Sorry, our system is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later or you can try to resolve the issue by contacting the seller."
Then goes back to the circle. I contacted the seller and he said it's already been shipped. I checked USPS And it says that it's already been delivered to the agent for final delivery with an Aramex Number. I then reached out again to Aramex and this is a sample of their response:
And so I went directly to eBay asking for them to step-in. They said that they can't because as they've said, "technically since I'm in Singapore, every purchase I make is made through SG even though I'm logged in on .com and not on .com.sg"
I hope I can share all the comms, the phone calls, the emails I had with all the concerned parties just trying to locate this parcel 😓
Ending? I just lost interest.. I'm still surprised that a company as huge as eBay who's been in the industry for decades can't provide a concrete answer for such things.
Now WHAT WORRIES ME is that the other parcel that I mentioned from the previous response, is also stuck:
And still no movement as of now, 23rd of April. the ETA is scheduled 29th though so I'll be providing updates if this one comes to me - well, hopefully it does.

You got your product?

Although the tracking shows that the parcel has been at the global shipping center since April 6 it is possible that it is on its way to you but hasn't been updated yet. What is your expected delivery date? If it is past that date, you should open an item not received claim. You can do that on your purchase history page. On the right side of the item, click on more actions and then on "I didn't receive it".

Did you receive your parcels in the end ?

And what about those of us waiting in Australia? My item has been sitting in that (god forsaken??) place for FIVE DAYS without any change to its advised status!! Nowhere near satisfactory, Ebay!!!

Opening a payment dispute is just causing issues for the seller who did nothing wrong and shipped the package. The issue is likely with the International mail sorting center and/or the mail system in the destination country. I sympathize because it is frustrating to pay money in good faith and receive nothing. However, the seller is not at fault and that is who will be punished with a payment dispute.

Not sure why all these older threads keep appearing. Anyhow this is not accurate. Opening a dispute is the correct thing to do. If the item shows delivery to the gsp it won't hurt the seller but will allow the buyer to get a refund if the item isn't received by them.
