Hello. What do I do here. Bought a pair of shoes 4 days ago but the seller hasn't shipped yet and he is not responding to all of my messages. How do I get my money back. Somebody help

Not all sellers use tracking, so you don't really have any proof the seller hasn't shipped.
You wait until the last estimated delivery date has passed, and if you still don't have your item, you can open a claim for INR through the Resolution Center.

What is the seller's handling time? If it's more than a day it should state so on the listing and can be found on the Shipping & Payments tab.
I bought something on Friday. It shipped yesterday (Tuesday). Seller had a 3 day handling time. They actually had until Wednesday to ship (although I hoped it would go out Saturday )

I know some don't offer tracking but the problem here is it's still hasn't been marked as shipped, but thanks though I'll consider what you've said
