Edit shipping policies

I wanna delete my one of policy so its not able to delete that policy because it is associated with active listings. so how to move  my listings to another policy to delete it ?

Edit those listings by changing the shipping policy to another, then once changed, delete the old policy. Or if they are all going to use the same policy, edit the existing policy.
