Ebays International Shipping Program Problem

Used to sell on ebay few years back. There was the Global Shipping Program. Now its named International Shipping Program. I just lost sale from an person in Italy who messaged me saying it will not let him buy it. Lost another one grim South America 2 days ago. She accepted an offer and never paid. Im assuming she could not. Ive been back selling now for  about 3 and half months after recovering from a stroke. Ive looked everywhere to figure out whats up. the listings say ships worldwide. I cannot find where there is toggle to opt in or out yey it does show the places I will not ship to. Im lost. Unfortunately I can no longer figure out how to call a live person at Ebay and feel very left out hanging in the wind with no way out. Any help Will be appreciated

I checked a couple of your listings and do not see eBay International Shipping (eIS) offered. Are you sure your account is eligible and opted in?

Your listings offer direct worldwide shipping with no service specified which means you'll have to invoice buyers for ship costs and if you don't they won't be able to pay. If you're not willing to ship direct you should remove international shipping from your listings.

Check to see if your account is eligible for eIS. If you're eligible you'll see it at the top of this page. If it's not at the top of this page then you are not yet eligible. https://www.ebay.com/ship/prf

Somehow i had that feeling. Ok Can see whats going on. Im pretty sure I should be elidgeable but going to double check. Ive been back on more than 3 months. Ive had over 3000 in sales. Above average rating ..Only one return for item not fitting right. No item not as desribed. So not too sure what the hang up is but will double check everything. Thank you much!

Yea I do not see any reason I am in total compliance. Also checkecked my listings shipping policies none of them have international shipping toggle set to have thathat as an option for buyers so not sure why any of them would offer international shipping. Ive no way to call them. The don't have call back anymore. How do you guys resolve things nowadays.

Post a screenshot of your shipping set up.

If using business policies, post a screenshot of your shipping policy international section.

Also provide a listing number for a listing using that specific policy.
