Ebay standard envelope

I'm trying to list some postage stamps in the stamps category, and trading cards in that category, with the Ebay Standard Envelope for shipping, and it won't let me. The price is below $20, I try to make the thickness .25 inch or .2 inch, but it won't accept the decimal point, and defaults to 1 inch thick which is too thick for ESE. How do I get the ESE option?

Just enter 1" - it will work. Make sure the physical package doesn't exceed 1/4" but you can enter 1" on the listing form. eBay has problems with programming decimals. 🙄
