Did you mean:

Ebay standard envelope alternatives?

I'm basically wanting to know if there's any other cheap shipping options for sport cards and trading cards. I'm sick and tired of seeing ese fees cutting into my profits.

eSE is less expensive than a postage stamp. What kind of problems are you having with the service?

@tazgma311

The ESE only costs 69 cents.

Do you instead mean the 13.25% eBay final value fees on trading cards?

Well, let's see - you are selling cards at $1.25 OR BEST OFFER?????

You're paying 13.25% plus 30 cents on FVF = 47 cents then another 69 cents for shipping = a total cost of $1.16 against a selling price of $1.25??????   Of course you aren't making any money.

RAISE YOUR PRICES !!!!!! Or at the very least, as you have done with some of them, offer them as a multi card set instead of trying to sell them individually. That will improve your profit margin somewhat.

Quit selling those cheap cards or bundle them together with other cheap cards.

Have a great day.

Re: Ebay standard envelope alternatives?

You have a strategic decision to make. Is it worth the time and effort to make a $1.50 sale on Ebay.

You need either a different venue or different merchandise. Either a site with low fees and low traffic, or a more valuable product.

As most sports card sellers already know, Common singles are a losing proposition, even if you sell large volume of them, they rarely become orders worth the time and effort of listing and packing. And that applies even if you value your time at the minimum wage.
