I purchased a hard drive which was DOA. Ebay approved the return. Per Ebay policies, seller pays shipping. But today is the deadline and no shipping label received. How do I contact Ebay to resolve this? There is no "ask Ebay to help" on my return page.

Ebay will close the case in your favor and refund you, you dont need to return the item, unless the sellers offers you a return label.

Thanks for the information. How long will this take?

Are you sure it's automatic? I know that it isn't automatic when it is an international return because the label isn't an ebay label. Evan if the seller doesn't offer proof that a label or money was sent, the refund is still not automatic. Since a seller could send their own label for a domestic transaction I'm surprised that ebay would refund without checking to see if a label was sent outside of ebay.

I thought that for such automatically accepted returns eBay automatically sent the return label for not as described cases. OP! Did you check your spam folder?

Depends on what you used when you opened the return; if you used 'not as described' you will be given a return label, you need to use it, show it's been scanned BEFORE ebay will refund you. If you do not use it, ebay will assume you changed your mind, did not 'return' it and you will NOT be getting an 'auto refund'.
If you did choose that way to return, you have to pay and return it, and put the tracking number in the 'return' that was opened.
