I'm trying to return a item because it arrived damage. When I request for a return, I am allowed to proceed to the next page asking why I want to return it. I typed down what the problem is in the description and given the reason why I want to return it. Upload some pictures and everything is good. However when I press the confirm button, the next page takes forever to load and I could not get a return shipping label. Next thing I know a error prompt comes up as show in this picture.
Anyone know if there is a current glitch or technical error. Oh yeah, I forgot to add that I have tried this for the past hour and I can't get a label. I'm just prompt to the error page.
