I win the items on auction and paid next day the seller marked the items as shipped and I messaged him he told me that he sent it by sal no tracking I paid for tracking also today he sent me message that he cannot sent to my country next week he can but I have to pay 30 dollars for shipping for each item for what I have to pay and i already paid this not first time I bought from him please Ebay help me refund my money I attached the conversation

Look at the Estimated Delivery Date
If that date has passed, use the drop-down menu next to the item and select "I have not received this item"
