Hi All
I clearly wrote (and sold before) on the international shipping section, the correct price (this time 65 usd). However, I also wrote 20$ for domestic shipping.
Now, a buyer, international, bought my product but ebay made an error and instead of paying me 65usd for international shipping as advertised (see picture), they only paid me 20$.
How do I need to proceed? I already informed the buyer of the mistake on ebay's part, but what happens next?
Kind regards

Ok, spoke with an actual incredibly friendly and helpful agent. Went through all the steps here in the past 20mins.
To conclude to the person that said it was my fault. First of all, no it wasn't. There was a mix up with automatic re-directs because of my previous purchases directly from ebay.com which is completely allowed. Furthermore, the Ebay system does not recognize, as it seems, that there is a conflict if you use Ebay.com but list the item from being shipped from a no-US country. There is no barrier to prevent that. So, the new user, sees the picture above and it is then obviously clear to him/her, that the item was listed correctly in the preview, thus, activates it.
The American counterparts see the item being in the US, but are able to still choose from 2 different shipping method, the cheaper domestic version, and the more expensive international version. Correct, this makes no sense at all, to be able to choose between domestic and international shipping if you see the item as being NOT in the USA, but having the option to have domestic shipping as the item would actually be in the USA.
tl;dr: Not my fault, not noob-friendly process, misleading preview summaries, etc., but, as of this moment on I know what to do so there is no excuse to not do it correct from now on.
Item needs to be listed in the Ebay.ch website from scratch as recommended above.
Thanks for all the help here ! I really appreciate this.

A minor correction because there's still a misunderstanding here.
Buyers in the USA are able to see the item's location, yes. However, they can't choose to pay a higher shipping cost ... they are only able to choose between the available shipping costs to the buyer's actual shipping address.
For your listings (before you edited them, and then ended them) you had one shipping cost to the USA ("domestic" on eBay.com, even though the item was located in Switzerland). The buyer can't edit or adjust the shipping cost, and they can't choose to pay a shipping cost that was set for another region or location. There was only one shipping service available to the USA, and that was the lower cost "domestic" shipping. The buyer's didn't have any choice, they had to pay that much when they purchased the item.
I wouldn't say that this was "your fault", certainly not. It was a misunderstanding, and a fairly common one. Many global sellers on eBay.com misunderstand this, until they get caught by it.
I believe that your earlier listings had the same shipping cost on the listings for both domestic and international shipping, which would have avoided the issue for USA buyers. That's probably why you didn't encounter this before.
If you want to reach buyers in the USA, it would probably be more effective to keep listing on eBay.com, in US$, because listings from eBay Switzerland will get less visibility on eBay USA because of the language difference. However, its your choice.

After you saw that the customer support rep was wrong about it being your fault, why did you believe them when they told you that buyers in the US could see both a domestic and an international shipping option? You're right: That makes no sense. That's not how it works. A buyer would never see those two options. A buyer sees "domestic" shipping if the buyer is located in the US and the listing is on eBay.com, regardless of the item's location.
