I recently had an issue with a seller that sold me two "new" Samsung Galaxy S7s, yet when the phones arrived they were heavily used and defective. The seller approved the return, however, when I received the messages that stated "Here's your return shipping label" there was no label attached. I repeatedly clicked the blue "Print shipping label" button and every time I was routed back to "case details" with no option to view or print a return shipping label. I tried to call eBay customer support, but by this time phone support had been shut down due to Coronavirus. I could not for the life of me figure out how to contact eBay directly with the phone support closed. Ebay's short time limit to ship the phones back passed, and they closed the case in the seller's favor. I just figured out how to email customer support, and I keep trying to explain the technical issue I had with not being able to view or print the return shipping labels, but customer service acts like I'm nuts and does not believe me. I can try to keep explaining the problem until I'm blue in the face, but it's not doing any good and they won't reopen the case. Ebay refuses to acknowledge the technical issue. What do I do? Has anyone else experienced this problem? This is highly frustrating as I am out nearly $400 for the phones I was scammed on that buyer protection was supposed to cover. The seller blocked me so I could not ask them about the missing labels and I feel like eBay is intentionally giving me the runaround.
