Had a customer today open two disputes for items shipped through GSP that show as delivered. Honestly not sure why ebay even allows for this considering the item shows as delivered not only to Kansas GSP facility but also shows as delivered in buyers' country of Mexico.
The real kicker? The buy opened a dispute for "item not received." Just received a notice from ebay customer support stating the case is on hold because they need more information on the condition of the item the customer received. Does ebay even read the case details? This case should have been found in my favor once they checked the tracking number. This isn't a Item not as described, but that's how they're treating it. So annoying because now the money is on hold until Jan 5th because ebay is incompetent.
Not to mention, I removed international shipping from all my listing last year when USPS international rates increased. This saved me a lot of headache with customs and lost packages. Additionally, I didn't have to pay the extra 1% on international payment to paypal. However, ebay in their stupendous wisdom decided to automatically adjust ALL my listings not long after to allow GSP. Again, very annoying.

Call eBay to try and have it closed in your favor based on it showing delivered to Kentucky and it being gsp

OP said KS. Does GSP have a hub in Kansas?
No but I honestly figure that is an error on the ops part saying Kansas instead of Kentucky. Since they also seeing shipping to Mexico they wouldn’t see additional shipping without it being gsp
