Buyer purchased a movie collectible. I posted pics of item and proof that it was worn in a movie. Certificates etc. She wanted to return it cause it wasn't what she was expecting, even though there were photos of the items and the proof. I denied the return and just today ebay issued her a return label. What the heck? I tried the call me option and no on is calling me back. HELP?..

No returns does NOT mean no refunds.
Ebays buyer guarantee out does any thing you say.
Always return for refund in such cases.
Edited speeling.

@3juliet There is no such thing as NO returns... Buyers can claim Not as described and force you to pay the return shipping and when the item is back in your hands you have 2 days to refund the Buyer. I do not advise using the No returns accepted setting ...

Read eBay's "Money Back Guarantee" policy.

Nothing you can do but issue a paid label. Many buyers never get around to sending items back. With luck, it won't come back.

3juliet,
Please read up on all the things as a buyer and a seller that you may not be aware of. You have been on Ebay for over 20 years, many changes through the years, as I am sure you know, at least to some extent.
I would take it as a wake up call and move past it.
I wish you only the best moving forward.
