Ebay has violated my legal rights as an ebay member. I chose the NO RETURN policy which was not protected on ebay. I was unable to use a NEGATIVE feedback against my buyer. Ebay only gave me a POSITIVE choice or I could not use my feedback rights. Ebay is extremely biased in favor of buyers only. Am I alone in this situatioon????

Sellers haven't be able to leave negs for buyers for a long time.
BTW, feedback is voluntary and is not a right given to you by Ebay.
A positive feedback with negative comments can be removed if the buyer requests it.
It's Ebay's playground and as a member you must play by their rules.

What legal rights are you talking about? Your no return policy excludes an item not as described; in that case, ebay's MBG trumps your return policy.
As for leaving negs for buyers, it's been almost 10 years since that happened. Besides, how many other online sellling sites allow sellers to leave negs for buyers? Or are they denying their sellers their "feedback rights"?

Speaking of violations, the feedback you left your buyer IS a violation. If your buyer reports it, ebay will remove it and give you a scolding.

Ebay forces you to give a positive feedback even when the buyer is wrong. That is a violation in any business. So says my son-in-law the lawyer.

We have legal rights as ebay members. There is a legal contract between ebay and it's member. My son-in-law is a lawyer and he said this is true.

At least the advise that you have received from your son-in-law probably was free.
You can get him to persue actions againes eBay.

eBay does not force you to leave feedback for anyone. It is not required.
