Ebay Standard Envelope Not working

Trying to ship orders for today and it won't give me the standard envelope option.  I've been using this daily for the same cards since it came out.

Same here.... It is not working. No option. I cannot ship my cards.

Working on about half my cards today. Maybe all this new stuff is confusing to eBay's computers

We called eBay customer service about this just now. We were told that yesterday's rollout of item specifics/categories/grading of cards created a bug in the system, which they are aware of and working on and we would receive a call back within 24 hours. 

As of now, I have several single trading card orders sitting waiting to ship that were sold yesterday at .99 cents per item with .99 cent shipping using eBay standard envelope. Went to ship this morning and the eBay ship your order page and the option to select eBay standard envelope is greyed out. The next best option is USPS First Class at $3.06!

I am having issues shipping my trading card using Ebay standard shipping. The card meets the criteria (3oz, 6x9 envelope) but when the item is purchased I cannot choose and now losing money on the shipping.

What am I doing wrong?

What item number @dominoochstamps ?

Usual reasons ESE is blocked:

• Item exceeds $20 limit.
• Item wasn't listed in an ESE-eligible category.
• Buyer entered Puerto Rico in the "country" field  <-- that one is solvable by cancelling "problem with address" and having the buyer re-purchase entering PR as the "state"and United States in the "country" field.
• Weight/dim exceed limits <-- check for typos on the label page.
