Ebay Quarterly Coupon for Shipping Supplies

Ebay has offered STORES a quarterly coupon for $25 towards shipping supplies. I cannot find it. Has this Program ended??  It has been offered for over 20 years. Talked with Ebay person and they said coupon has not come out yet-----would run out on Mar 31, 2023.

Contacted the Shipping company----they new what I was asking, sent me the code--all set. Apparently ebay staff has no clue!!
