I'm having trouble with some of my listed items not displaying "Delivery To" options other than the US. I'm enrolled in Ebay International Shipping, I used it for an item I sold last week. I wouldn't have known this was an issue if that buyer hadn't reached out to see why I didn't list Canada on just some new listings.

I posted that on Saturday. On Sunday I posted another similar item and it does NOT have the problem. It shows the full list of countries are available to choose from: https://www.ebay.com/itm/286286107595
Did I mess something up when I posted? They are both allowed items, same size and weight (16x11x6 - 15lbs), and posted a day apart. I never select additional international shipping options, I've had good luck with EIS in the past so I let it do what it does. When I edit the listings, both say "eBay International Shipping: Your listing will show up for buyers worldwide, where applicable".
What am I missing? Any help is appreciated! Thanks!
