Ebay International Shipping In Kentucky sent my package to a buyer BACK TO ME!

I sent a package to Ebay International Shipping In Kentucky to send on to a customer In Canada. 

About 10 days later, they sent it back to me, with a new address label (with my address in the "To"

field) over the old label I had put on. Tried to find out why by sending a note to the "Ebay For Business"

site. They said they'd send it on to the Ebay International Team. That was over 10 days ago. Never heard

anything from them or got any sort of credit. Had to resend it (directly this time) to Canada, today after

I got no reaction or answer from Ebay.  Sooo, I had to pay $21 to ship a package the buyer already had paid

to ship to them...

Just contact customer service, and they will be happy to help you.  🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Sorry, all we can do is laugh, to keep from going crazy.   Ebay needs to be publicly crucified for the complete lack of customer service during the pandemic, profiting hundreds of millions off of us in the process, while doing barely anything at all.   They are literally stealing from us now, and intentionally blocking all direct methods of communication.

Although I would presume the majority of packages shipped through GSP are managed without incident there will always be problems.  And when there are it's a hot mess.  I would get eBay on the phone and make them refund my shipping.  After that mess it's also possible the package was late so make sure they didn't ding your account with a shipping defect.

I've had two shipping issues with GSP and zero when direct shipping to me (Canada) via USPS.  I actually look for sellers who do not the the GSP, sometimes the shipping is even cheaper.

And you think this was only during the pandemic.  The screwing has been going on for years.

OP stated eBay International Shipping which I think is the

International Standard.  (some of these go through KY)

We've lost a dozen packages this way by sending them to Erlanger Kentucky. Most of the time they just get shipped back after we spent $15 or more to get them where they're going. There was supposed to be a shipping service they're asking for PayPal fields that don't exist anymore. The service nearly put us out of business and with the USPS slowdowns on international packages it's really hard to get something where it is going. I recommend FedEx if you can afford it. There is no longer a reliable affordable international shipping service left within the United States. Louis dejoy gutted the Post Office in Erlanger Kentucky ships your packages back to you after they have build you and your customers are angry with no recourse.
