EMS Package hasn't moved in 3 Months

Hello, 

I have a package going from Russia to NY via EMS Shipping. My problem is that it hasn't moved in 3 months, once it left Russia. The last update says:

2021-04-23 15:48

Russian Federation, SVO, Carrier processing, Uplifted

I was thinking maybe it got put on a ship, but SVO is an airport. Also, I've had other packages go through this airport and arrive to me already in the time since this order was shipped. 

What actions should I take? EMS has no customer support and USPS support is abysmal. Has anyone else encountered this ?

Was this for an item you purchased on eBay?  In your purchase history, what is the expected delivery date? If it is still within 30 days after that date, you can file an item not received claim on eBay.  If it has been longer than that, you can file a claim with Paypal or your credit card.

It's probably more likely the package was stolen in Russia than routed incorrectly to surface mail.
