I noticed this today. I sold an item via EIS and went to track it. I noticed it didnt even have the domestic tracking number even though I printed it from ebay.
I double checked the desktop on my computer and the domestic tracking number is there.
anyone else seen this bug?

Its been delivered to the EIS though. The desktop shows the tracking.

This is the first report I've seen to date. Normally I'd suggest contacting CS with a screenshot, but since EIS is pretty new I think it's appropriate to ask kyle@ebay if he could file a report with the iOS and/or international shipping teams. Could you provide an item number for Kyle @agemelee?
Hey @simply-the-best-for-you - do you have an iPhone where you can replicate this on the app? I know you've had a bunch of EIS shipments. If you can replicate it, please post an item number to support the ticket. 🙂

Sure here is a photon what is also weird is the item sub total is showing 0. (Yes I was paid, 100% sure in that and no refund was issued)

Sorry, no Apple products here.
There IS a Chrome extension, if someone wants to try & replicate, that allows you to simulate various OS's, including both Android & IOS. I had it at one time, but never installed it on my new PC. I don't remember the exact name of it, but it worked fine, when I had it.
There are a variety of differences between the app on Android & the web based version, not specific to EIS, just in general. Several of them drive me nuts 😑

Hey @agemelee if you continue experiencing this, I'd recommend getting in touch with our customer service agents so that they can gather all of your account-specific info and report from their end too. That way we can cover all the bases (if needed).

Ok I just had another EIS sale... and same issue. IOS mobile is not showing any tracking. The Desktop platform does.
Who would you want me to contact?
