Hi everyone,
I am a buyer, recently placed an international order, and I'm trying to get a better understanding of the shipping process. Since this is my first time using the Ebay International Shipping option.
Specifically, I'm curious about two things:
Any insights or experiences you can share would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
UPDATE :
EIS Hub takes about a few days to process once your item has arrived.
*In my case, is relatively a small electronic item. (Headphone)
*USA(EIS Hub (Glendale Heights)) shipping to Japan.
*tracking number provided, but has not been shipped.

I've seen quite a few posts from international buyers showing that it has taken 2 or 3 weeks to leave the hub.
Of course those who have seen their items stay in the hub for just a couple of days don't usually post on here so I just see the negative comments.

@pjcdn2005 Curious, is it exotic locales? I usually ship to Aus, Can, UK, etc & a day is typical. I checked one that I had in my history, going to Copenhagen & it was 1 day. Though all told it took 2 weeks to get there (weekends included).

That's nice to hear!
I am less worried now, hoping mine is shipping soon.

Most of the complaints I see are on the .ca boards so the shipments are to Canada. But I have seen comments about it on the .com board too from buyers in various countries.
