Ok so here is my problem. I requested a refund from a person over a code for a game. ( I know I should have read the description better because I thought it came with the CD) well when I requested the refund they have argued with me in not giving it to me. I have not used the code or anything because why buy a gaming code when you can get it off google for free? After arguing for a while they finally said they would give a refund once they sold the code to another person. Which again why? Just give me a refund I haven't used the thing. So after more arguing they agreed to give me a refund. So then I gave them a bad review and I get a message today saying they aren't going to give me a refund because I gave them a bad review. How can I get eBay to step in? This has gone on way too long and all I want is my refund

The listing was clear:
Delivery: Digital Code by eBay Message/Email
eBay will not help with this since it's a digital item. If you want a refund you will need to file with PayPal for ITEM NOT RECEIVED. The item is also listed in the wrong category. Always check the seller's feedback before bidding/buying. That seller has enough negative feedback that you should have been warned.
