EBay printing issues with shipping label

My printer and computer work fine for everything except eBay shipping labels

I'm having the same problem if I use Google browser, so now I have to do labels through Firefox,  very annoying its been like this for a couple of months...I can't size it right for each package and it cuts off my label where my address is

You need to make sure your browser is set to open PDF files with Adobe and not its built in reader.

If still a problem come back with OS, browser, and printer model.

Does the label preview look correct?

A screenshot will help too.
