EBay label not printing correctly from app

I have 5 1/2 x 8 1/2 labels That I’ve been printing with forever. Just this week when trying to print from my eBay app it has started to print straight down the page instead of the proper dimensions or set up. If I go to desktop I can print it properly but how do I change the settings on the app?

I am having the same problem.  I made no changes and it just started printing the wrong way from the app.  I updated the app and that did not fix it.  Did you find a solution to this?

So, the App on my iPhone won't print half page labels all of the sudden and I have to drag out the laptop every time the last few days. I read old threads online and apparently this happens when the App updates a lot. EBAY. FIX IT. PLEASE. and anticipate it happening next time so we don't use a lot of extra labels and time. PLEASE.
