Ebay has been charging my balance for shipping cost when i have the post set for the buyer to pay.It takes the shipping and dont use it for the transaction. Sends my 00.0 balance into the negatives.

They used to be vastly cheaper than Priority mail on larger packages, on the last few things I've shipped that were bulky, Priority mail was actually CHEAPER.
