EBay automatically enrolling me for International Shipping?

I don’t want to deal with international shipping. I ship my items free domestically except for AK and HI.  I didn’t ask to be enrolled in international shipping. How do I stop this?

If you opt out can you still ship internationally without being in this program?  I received a notice today saying they are going to enroll me in it. I don't want to be in it if I can still ship international that way I do right now.
