EBay Label in Resolution Center Won't Print

A DVD I had purchased on eBay did not work. Seller did not respond to my inquiry. I escalated to eBay, and eBay immediately ruled in my favor. I was to send the DVD back to the seller at his expense for refund. However, in the Resolution Center, the button to print the label did not work.... it takes me to another screen that says (among other things) that this "request is closed." There seems to be no way to print the label for returning the item... and of course no way to contact eBay directly about this. Every avenue to "appeal" the situation sends me back to a screen that says a case is already opened. I have until January 16 to print a label and ship the item, but no way to actually complete the task. Can anyone help, especially from eBay? Thank you.

It sounds like you need to download and install the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader.  Then you should be able to click the PRINT RETURN LABEL and have it displayed for you to print.

Please check your funding for this payment: Because it has already been refunded, you no longer have to return the bicycletoaster; you can keep it. eBay does this whenever the cost of the label
