It has been a week now,that i got a full refund from ebay about a scamer that choose to exclude from the package i paid for 152€ the most valuable piece and send me all the other that were category-garbadge.I just got 20€ and those from the seller,adn then ebay told me that it fully refunded me the day after but money are nowhereto be found.I paid with paypal balance so they should be there since last week.I have been back and forth with ebay communication and always tell me that they just refunded me and nothing,until on Friday a representative told me to contact paypal and gave me a number that supposed to be from the refund they made on the 29th of September.I spoke to paypal and they said that they only see the 20€ refund and i should speak to the seller.I don't speak o scams,to begin with.I feel that i am mocked form some point and on.The scam seller is happy because he didn't lose anything,there is another seller that since yesterday has the piece of the package-a playmobil blister-on for sale for starting bid at 180€ and i still wait to find justice.I start to believe that ebay is not anymore a trustworthy place...
Note:i am a byer that pays immediately after the purchase for many years now.

Sounds like your seller just gave you a partial refund for the one missing piece. Did you file a not as described case?

Yes i did and ebay said that refunded the remaining 132€ multible times,but nowhere to found in my paypal

i opened a case and sent ebay all the clues to know what happened.Then ebay closed the case and desided full refund.Except i didn't get that full refund

what kind of case did you open? Item not received, or not as described?

Did you pay by cc? The refund will be returned to its source.

i opened a case item not as described.The source of the money was paypal money not my bank account and not my credit card

ebay closed the case with full refund.This is their answer:

Why does that matter? She was awarded a full refund & told by eBay that it was issued
