Hi,
i shipped a buyer what was in description and the package has been delivered, but he is accusing me that i shipped and item which has almost 1/5 lower value of my item or maybe less.

 

after buyer took a fake picture which wasn't the item i shipped, i am being forced to accept the return.

i have all the documental, visual, digital proofs but ebay even don't let me to share these to appeal this decision.

 

i talked to customer service but they told me i should wait until return has been done then i would say this is not the item i shipped to buyer. but i don't understand a point; didn't ebay already made a decision that i shipped a wrong item and forced me to accept the return.

how can i appeal the decision at this situation. 

please someone enlighten me.

Well I am sorry this happened. EBay is not law enforcement. A reverse bait and switch by the purchaser should be reported to the proper law enforcement authority.

 

As for all the stuff of shipping weight, there really is no way to say yes or no from such. Such items as most are have no serial number or other id numbers so there you go.

They have no idea what sellers ship, or purchaser return. They will go with the purchaser.

 

This is a hazard of selling online.

but there is an obivous difference wth the package i shipped and i get from him. half kg! even this wouldn't give a clue to CS then i know nothing and i am done. so there is no importance the physical features of the packages, i don't know why the post officers or employees doing that too, as they can't be even listened or cared. thanks for your respond too.
