My buyer bought an item from me but received something else, that was not from me, BEFORE my item arrived. Thinking I had sent the wrong thing, she marked my item for return. She wants to keep my item, but e-bay is still holding my money.
I sent e-bay two messages and called once, and the buyer called e-bay twice. I was told by phone that e-bay would make a decision by 5/31, but nothing has been done. Any suggestions?

Have the buyer close the case. If they don't you will have to call customer service

As misjen have said, the buyer needs to close the case. It will time out eventually when the item is not returned within the timeframe alloted and the money will be released.
