E-Packet Lite Posting/Collection

I was wondering if anyone on here has experience with International E-Packet Lite from Japan to the US? I received my tracking from the seller last Tuesday but I don’t see any movement. The tracking shows Posting/Collection on 11-8-19 and no scans since then. I tried contacting the seller to see if this was normal but they just told me to contact international shipping. I have no idea what that means and I am frankly not happy with there service. If this is normal then I am fine waiting because it is still within the delivery window. Should I be worried at this point?

1.  Is that 11/8/19 a typo or European usage of day/month/year?

2,  The only date that matters is the last estimated delivery date (EDD).  When the EDD has passed then you may file a 'case' in the Resolution Center for Item Not received (INR) and get your money back if the tracking doesn't show as delivered.  But in the mean time remain calm and wait for the EDD to pass.  Too many get nervous and feel compelled to do something.  Do not file a request for a return as you have nothing in hand to return and that is the wrong kind of case, you will lose and lose protection under the Money Back Guarantee (MBG)!.  You get one bite at the eBay MBG, don't mess it up.

3, International tracking can be slow, inaccurate and wonky at times.  Trying to babysit a package from halfway around the global.....  focus on what is key the EDD!
