I currently have 3 items listed on ebay. 1 was sold. I have given the handling time of the sold item as three days. That item was sold on July 11. Today it has been 14 days since it was sold. I have not been able to upload the tracking number due to a problem with the courier service. But the item has been shipped. Since it was the first item sold from my account and the tracking number was late in uploading, how will it affect my account? Can anyone answer this?

You will get a ding on your account for late shipping and no tracking, plus your funds will be held for 21 days.  Also you will lose any non-delivery dispute if a buyer files one.

First and foremost, congratulations on your sales!  You will receive one late shipping defect for not having the tracking uploaded to your Sold item within your handling time.  Below is a link to the eBay Help Pages for Seller Performance standards, this will help you moving forward.

What "courier service" are you referring to with regard to the tracking number???

WEre you given a tracking # when you printed the label or took it to whatever service you mean?  If you had the number, there should have been no problem uploading the tracking #.

Also,......I see on your listings that you state you only ship to Paypal or ebay address.  That is technically wrong. The buyer can use any address during checkout and you are required to ship to that address as long as it is a country you ship to.

All credit cards can be accepted through managed payment (not only through Paypal.)

You should remove all this from your listings.

all you can do is keep an eye on your seller dashboard

ebay recommends 2 days at the max for handling  time and considers 3 days excessive

ebay does give sellers many choices such as 5 day handling time but likes 1-2 days

You are located in Sri Lanka.  you can select your handling time.  Regarding your Courier Service, they should have at least given you a receipt for when the item was shipped, especially Internationally.  Probably doesn't show tracking but at least proof the item was shipped - and Internationally, shipping for your country is probably at least 2 to 3 weeks.

Some of the information you have given is incorrect.

If there was no tracking number uploaded it will not affect your account unless the buyer

marks that the item arrived late when they leave feedback.  In that case you would get a late shipment mark against you.   

It will be marked on your account that you did not 'upload validated tracking' but that will not affect you as you are not a top rated seller.

If the buyer files that they did not receive an item, you will have to refund as there is no tracking to

prove delivery.

The ETD shows between 19/7 and 25/7 [using 90210] so the buyer has no reason to worry about anything yet.

It was a $1.00 item with Free shipping, I doubt any buyer wil be upset when they receive your item evem if it is a day or 2 late, so please don't stress over it.
