eBay needs to stop international sellers from  stating they sell in the US when in fact they DO NOT!   I always try to buy from US sellers only and end up getting listings from sellers from Israel, China, etc.   They are actually defrauding the buyers.  This should not be happening here!  Marsha

One thing you can do is always click on a sellers feedback #. That will tell you where the seller is actually registered.
