It the last couple weeks I have had 5 lost in USPS never never land....all Ebay envelopes, I have changed nothing and they WERE getting to where they were supposed to...but now it is snowballing...I sat back and watched when it rolled out and knew better than to jump in right away...experience the last 30 years taught me that..so when I felt safe to enter the fray all WAS good and working as expected...add to the fact that when a buyer opens a NR case it has a very limited time to respond and resolve, as it should be...HOWEVER even though they are insured and the buyer has been made whole, and closed the resolved case...you go to file the insurance claim and ebay will not process it until 30 days have passed..so as the claims pile up one has to develop a pop up calendar reminder as to when to file which claim...This is as dumb as it gets, why do I need to wait 30 days to claim my money...are you waiting for the maybe the parcel to arrive at the buyers address...giving him my money and the product? to coin a phrase "IT's my money and I want it as soon as the case is resolved" as it should be...many sellers will have forgotten to make the claim after 30days or even remember if they have numerous claims which is which! The policy should match on both ends...either the buyer waits 30days or the seller gets to claim the insurance when case is resolved. Regardless at this point ebay envelopes are far to unreliable as far as I am concerned..time to bulk edit.
