Ordered goods from UK (I live in Spain) in August. According to Global Shipping tracking they kept trying to deliver but apparently I was never at home, That is a lie as I was here all day long for 2 weeks waiting for the delivery. I contacted them through their website and told them no attempts at delivery were made to my home and if the driver was having difficulty finding my house all he had to do was ask someone in the village or telephone me and I could meet him to collect my parcel. They did not reply. Next to appear on the tracking was that they had delivered on the 8th September. Again I contacted them to ask where they had delivered it because it wasn't delivered here.
Again, no reply. Days later on tracking it was out for delivery again so I stayed in all day again waiting. More information came up on tracking that they had tried 3 times to deliver but again I was never here. More lies! It then showed on tracking that they had delivered it on the 17th September. Contacted them again and told them to collect it from wherever they had delivered it and send it back to UK. Surprise,surprise no reply. Why do they bother having a contact button on their website if they never reply? So I don't know where the parcel is. Ebay will not refund me as as far as they are concerned tracking shows it has been delivered. They say I should go to the Police! Basically Ebay is saying I am a liar! I am a female pensioner, have been with Ebay for many years yet now they distrust me. They prefer to support some courier company who I can only say lie on their tracking Information. I am not the liar here!!! Having read reviews elsewhere it seems Global Shipping is something to do with Ebay and Pitney Bowes so that is why they probably choose to believe GS and not people who have been with them for years.
So my message to all is steer clear of Global Shipping. If seller can't use Royal Mail then buy elsewhere.
