Hello,
A buyer asked for a replacement. i know that in the returns there have to be an option for replacement or exchange ", but there is not! see in the attachment.
what can i do? thanks for any help!

Actually I have it in all my listings. The trick is that you have to have it IN your listing as an option. eBay will only offer the options that YOU specify in the listing.
Look for this when you are first creating the listing:
Failing that you can still do an exchange not a refund. Just make sure that after you send out the replacement you call CS and get the file noted that a replacement is being sent INSTEAD of a refund. Have the reship tracking number ready and, as they have done for me, they will close the case without a refund once the delivery is confirmed,.
