Been a long time since I've sold on ebay and I see a few changes so had a seller shipping question...Does eBay still give the sellers the ability to print labels for pickup from our doorstep? Thanks in advance!

You can print labels through eBay using USPS, UPS, Fedex. If using USPS you just schedule a pickup through their website, up to 2am on the day of pickup. Not sure about the others.

I have to admit I have no idea what you're asking about. When a buyer picks up there's zero need for a shipping label because you're not shipping anything.
If you want to set up your listing with local pickup, you can do that, and this help page has info about how the buyer will receive a QR code which you then enter into the eBay app on your phone to confirm pickup.

Sorry for the confusion, I was speaking from the standpoint of a seller shipping an item(s). Thanks!

OK I see the first responder's answer and I misread. I thought you were talking about having buyers do a local pickup. What you meant was a carrier pickup. 🙂
Yes, you can schedule a free pickup at USPS.com but slight adjustment to the above poster's info about the 2am cut off: I believe it's actually a midnight cut off based on Pacific time - that means 3am east coast, 2am central, etc. Info is for (free) next day pickup, not (paid) same day pickup which is another option and I believe has a 4 or 5am cut off.
UPS and FedEx will both pickup but you'll pay for the service.
To answer this: Does eBay still give the sellers the ability to print labels [...]?
Yes, you can buy and print labels through eBay for USPS, UPS and FedEx tracked services.
I see you have an expensive item listed. You will need to purchase signature confirmation due to the value and you have to do that when you buy the label. You may also want to insure it which also has to be done when you buy the label.

The paid service (Pick Up On Demand) is for having someone show up at a specific time for pick up. (Says it is $26 for me. Never used it.)
I use the free service, and have been requesting pickups just before 2am and they get picked up 12 hours later. Not sure where I got 2am from but looking at the USPS site it says by 4:59am (no time zone change) on same day as the pick up for the free or paid for service.

Hi estate, you'll note that says after 4:59 am "same-day pickup is not available." Even though it's not super clearly defined, that blurb appears to be about same-day pickup (on demand for a fee), not about regular free next-day pickup.
I'm also certain about the 3am east / midnight west cut off for free next day pickup. I went to a third party (pirateship) which sometimes provides more simplified details than USPS and found they confirmed that info:
