New return rules say that after 3 days of no communication a return will automatically be closed and buyer refunded - since this is automated and not "Ask us to step in" does this count as a seller defect?

@horizonguy Yes, it would be a DEFECT because it means that the seller didn't handle the issue without assistance from ebay.
