Buyer opened a return for an item (wrong item sent) - the item was originally delivered to address in New York - however the return is now coming from Germany - not sure how this was allowed - I don't want to pay for the return costs of this item - p...

I seem to have encountered a bug when trying to edit my store page featured items (4 across top) - it brings up login page but my login does not work it just refreshes back to login again - this same issue happens on both firefox and MS edge browsers...

for some reason the My ebay landing page is set to Buy Again (?) - how do I set it for Selling? There used to be a link to do that (not anymore) and it's very annoying - anyone else had this issue?

Does automatic return closure after 3 days (new rule) count as defect?

New return rules say that after 3 days of no communication a return will automatically be closed and buyer refunded - since this is automated and not "Ask us to step in" does this count as a seller defect?
