can I combine multiple parcels to the same address using one qr code?
buyer paid for multiple items separately without contacting me for combined postage. So I’ve had to but two separate qr codes.
it happened a few weeks ago with a different buyer, I sent his 2 items in the same postage bag but used only one of the qr codes he purchased and I paid for. Then he tried it on saying he didn’t receive his other parcel even though he did because I didn’t use the other qr code that I paid for, but it showed up saying not delivered from the tracking.
So just asking is there away around this if buyer buy separately again for same address.
