Do I get refund for unused ups qr code?

Hello, i purchased a ups qr code and decided instead of going to ups ill simply just buy another label from usps. Ive read labels can be voided but ups labels cant and be voided because "you dont pay for label until its actually scanned/used", but the funds for the ups label has been deducted from my ebay funds.. im confused at this point. Will the funds ever be returned or do i have to wait a certain amount of time? Because clearly the funds were deducted from my account for the label.

UPS labels aren't charged unless they're used.

USPS labels are paid for at the time you generate the label.

So if it was a USPS label you need to void it and have a 5 day window to take that action. If it was a UPS label you don't have to do anything.

Since you said funds were deducted, are you sure the QR code was for a UPS label and not a USPS label? Did you verify the funds were deducted and not just placed on hold? Did you check the tracking number to see if there were any scans (even though you didn't use it, maybe it was a prematurely recycled number)? Did you verify the deducted funds were for the unused QR code and not for a different label/transaction?

Positive it was a ups label purchased.  Positive they deducted funds right away(i check right after each label purchase). Positive it was never printed or used, After purchasing 2nd label(USPS), funds for that 1 was immediately deducted as well but then the activity showing ups was paid for disappeared from activity But funds still do not add up. Give it 24 hours. Could be a system lag. If the numbers are still off tomorrow, go to your financial transactions page, figure out what the $ problem is, then request a call back from eBay payments CS team for assistance.

Go to order details for that item in sellers hub and scroll down to  "What you earned".  Next to shipping label does it show that you were charged for both labels?
