Hello everyone.
I am trying to open a dispute for not reveiced item, but I get this mesage. I bought the item on ebay.com, but that's not what ebay says...
I get also an error on the mobile app.
Any ideas?

This seems to be happening lately but I'm not sure if we know why it happens. You might want to try putting in a claim on the EU and/or the UK sites. If that doesn't work, let us know.
If you paid with Paypal or a credit card you may be able to file through them instead.

I did try with the co.uk website, it, at and de de wesites but no sussess...
I can see the transaction on paypal, but there is obly return option available.
I would apreciate some assistance.

I would think that if there is a return option on Paypal that there would also be an option for an item not received??
I'll ask one of the ebay reps to advise you on this but they may not reply until Tuesday.

This is about the 2nd or 3rd recent post from an international buyer who said they purchased on .com but were were told the purchase wasn't made on this site when they tried to make a claim. Any idea why this is happening and on what this buyer should do?

Hi @pjcdn2005, PayPal has both a return option and item not received option for their protection program. I've reported the details shared here to our tech teams for review and can suggest that @stiop4ika contact PayPal to open an investigation for this transaction as an alternative.
