Hello, I recently purchased Spotify premium off of an eBay seller. I had it for about 3-4 days then they removed me from it. How should I go about returning it?

Digitally Delivered Goods are not covered by eBay Money Back Guarantee because there is no way to track if the buyer actually received the item. So you may not be eligible under eBay.
However, if the item was improperly advertised as a physical item (based on it's category, not it's description) then you may still have the protection as the listing was not correct. If the item has been removed you can either contact eBay and ask for a refund. If they do not offer protection then you should be able to file a dispute with PayPal.
I would first try to go to your purhcase history and see if they will let you file an "Item Not Received" case. If they will, then you are probably covered (as items sold in categories that aren't covered don't give you the option of creating that specific case).
If you can't create a case then I would go to PayPal and do a dispute under the same thing.
