As of today my labels generate in vertical orientation with no margins. Anyone else sees that?

It must not be happening everywhere. Mine are working normally.

Same problem here. We are very busy and don't need this curve ball on a Friday morning. What settings I can find in the system related to this show the correct 8" x 11" format selected.

I am having the same problem. Very frustrating as I have (15) packages waiting to be shipped and jacking with labels is not fun!

We see this kind of problem with eBay labels at least a couple times a week.
This really stinks, since this is a CRITICAL path for shipment! I often hot caught having only one vendor or way to print labels. Eventually I figured out single sourcing was a problem.
So now, rather than getting stuck periodically and being stuck and unable to meet shipping schedules, I have a back up plan in place. Now it is get the shipping done on time and THEN as time permits, figure out how to fix the issue.
Here are a few places one can use as a back up plan.
PayPal.com/shipnow
Stamps.com
PirateShip.com
just saying...

I got the same problem but worked out a solution with my Macbook:
1. Open a 4x6 label on "preview" app as usual,
2. Choose Edit > Insert > Page from File.*
3. From the file dialog, select another 4x6 label PDF that you want to add, then click Open. Now you have two labels in one pdf file.
4. Select file > print then adjust the setting as below
5. Adjust the setting option below the "orientation" . The default is "preview". Change that to "Layout".
6. Select "pages per sheet" from "1" to "2". You can adjust the "layout direction" but that doesn't matter to me.
7. Then print. Done!
