Did not receive my Cook Book , linger round the table, suppose to receive Ed it July 8

I ordered linger round the table, Brenda Gantt cook book in June , it was supposed to arrive July 8. I have never received it!! 89.95 it was to be sent to *** *** ***. I find this very disturbing! I have waited over a month! Please answer this question.!!!

What was the last estimated delivery date? If the item had not arrived by that date, you have 30 days past that date to open an item not received case with eBay.

Since I assume that date was some time around the 10th or so of July, my suggestion is to hurry up and open that case right now.

Also, you need to read eBay's Money Back Guarantee for buyers which tells you what to do if/when a transaction goes wrong.

You have 30 days from the latest estimated delivery date to file a claim. If it was "supposed to arrive July 8" and today is August 9 then you have exhausted the window for buyer protections. But you can still file a non-receipt claim as described in the link above and the seller may be willing to work with you even though eBay can't step in.

Why did you wait 32 days past the expected delivery date to complain? You'll  probably be able to open a case but I'm not sure if you'll be able to ask eBay to step in.

If you're  not able to get a refund through eBay if you paid with PayPal go there, or file a chargeback with your credit card.
