Buyer claimed I sold the wrong item but I sent the exact item I listed, 11.5 shoe. The buyer said "description said 9" which was a lie. But I had no problem, I'll just issue a return. So I issued a return but haven't refunded them. The buyer was new, but due to the whole pandemic I've sold to a various new buyers. The buyer hasn't sent my product back, it's been 4 days. The money is no longer on hold. What do I do?

Do NOT refund until you receive the shoes. Issuing a return was the correct thing to do. Good luck!

You wait. The buyer has about 15 business days to return the shoes.
