I ordered delivery to a specific address, but the product was sent to some mailbox. Never responds to any messages. I'm sure this is some kind of scammer.
I'm disappointed with ebay they didn't let me know about it and I lost my item.

So that's the address you're using to have the items sent to: Globbing Warehouse?
Where did your item go instead, @sammushe-0?

My product is in the mailbox of this address

Yes, it Globbing Warehouse

I am not sure why the carrier is having trouble retrieving the item from the mailbox, then, @sammushe-0. So far, it doesn't sound as though the seller did anything wrong.
How long has it been there? Have you contacted Globbing Warehouse about this?

the problem is that my product had to be delivered to the specified address because globing employees do not have the right to take products from the mailbox

I would imagine that all items sent to Globbing Warehouse have to be directed to some sort of mailbox, @sammushe-0. It sounds as though the seller did everything correctly unless the address that you provided didn't print out properly for the seller and that code starting with "A" is missing the last digit or two, which would mean that it could have ended up in the wrong mailbox.

What day did the package arrive at that address? Today is Saturday and not all businesses are open on the weekends. If the post office cannot deliver to a closed business on Saturday then they will re-deliver on Monday.

@itsjustasprain, if I'm understanding the OP's posts correctly, the item arrived at the correct location but it was directed to an incorrect "mailbox" at that location, which is a forwarding warehouse.
The OP makes reference to filing an unsuccessful non-delivery case (I think), so I'm concluding that the item arrived at the warehouse some time ago.

I agree this has definitely been a confusing thread. If the package really did get misdelivered to some neighboring mailbox instead of to the freight forwarder then I think the OP needs to put some pressure on the forwarding company to resolve this since the local post office seems to be misdelivering their mail.
It does not sound like Ebay is going to be of much use since the tracking apparently shows as delivered to that area (and the tracking does not include exact street addresses).

My guess is that this item was handed by a carrier other than the post office and the delivery person wasn’t all that familiar with the complex, which appears to be a 10 000 square foot space that’s been divided up to accommodate at least one other tenant. The item is probably sitting inside an empty suite and for whatever reason Globbing can’t or won’t get assistance for this from the complex’s landlord or property manager.

I’m in Canada, so I’m no expert on USPS, but I’m guessing that the ZIP+4 would apply for the entire complex and that’s what’s generally used (or will be generally used in the near future) for INR cases.
The big mystery that we’ll likely not see solved is if the item really was misaddressed or if the address was incomplete, and if that’s the case, was it due to seller error or was it difficulty getting the warehouse address to work with the carrier’s label formatting?

Actually no, the ZIP+4 code can be different for one unit vs. another within the same street address. (The basic 5-digit ZIP should be the same.) As an example, the +4 extension for units within an apartment building can vary by odd vs. even apartment numbers, and one floor vs. another.
I don't believe tracking takes the +4 extension into account, because it doesn't even take the basic street address into account. eBay considers the package to be successfully delivered if the final delivery location of City Name and ZIP Code matches those of the address accompanying the original payment. The street address within that ZIP Code could be completely different (e.g. 123 Maple St. vs. 456 Oak St. within ZIP Code 12345), but the Delivered status would still be accepted by eBay as a successful delivery.
