Delivery item to mailbox

I ordered delivery to a specific address, but the product was sent to some mailbox. Never responds to any messages. I'm sure this is some kind of scammer.
I'm disappointed with ebay they didn't let me know about it and I lost my item.

Did you ask for the item to be delivered to the address that you have on file with eBay?

Or did you message the seller after the sale and ask that the item be delivered to an address that was not used when you originally placed the order?

Also, sometimes mail is misrouted.   USPS recently misrouted a book that I had sent to a buyer.  It went to the wrong post office.  I refunded the buyer and requested USPS search for the book via tracking.  

Have you tried that?

As for the seller, there are many who do not place much of an emphasis on customer service.   Happens all the time.

Was it a high value item?  If so, it could be the fake tracking number scam.  Get a letter from the shipper saying the tracking number was not for your address. An email will do.  Have you filed a case with eBay about this ?  If you have not,  DO NOT file an item never arrived case. You will lose.  Did   you pay by credit card ?

@sammushe-0, you are registered in Armenia.  Are you checking the tracking on the eBay site or are you checking your tracking on the site for the shipping company that the seller used?

I'm wondering if your seller is having the item forwarded through eBay International Shipping or a similar service.  The "mailbox" may be the location of a shipping hub to which your item was sent, and it will be forwarded to Armenia in due course.  In fact, it may be on its way but the tracking information does not reflect that.

Check the tracking information for your item on Parcelsapp.  Parcelsapp is a pretty good third-party tracking site that can piece together tracking information for shipments where several different carriers are being used, such as those handled by eBay International Shipping.

Finally, is it past the final estimated date for delivery for your item?  If not, you may be worrying too soon.

Yes it cost $700.
I submitted a claim for the product that did not arrive on ebay but ebay rejected me saying that the product has been delivered

@sammushe-0 : Did you buy from a seller in Armenia, or a seller in the USA? Was the package delivered to a mailbox in the USA, or a mailbox in Armenia?

If the seller is in the USA and is shipping with eBay International Shipping, you will see your package delivered to an address in Glendale Heights, IL. (There may be other eIS addresses as well; I'm not sure.) After several days, it will go to the airport.

As @marnotom! has already suggested, I definitely recommend using Parcelsapp.com to track your package and see exactly where it is. That site can follow a package through multiple carriers and changing tracking numbers to its final destination.

I specified the correct address which is in the USA, my problem is that the product is in the mailbox and I cannot pick it up because I am in Armenia and I need the product to be sent to a specific address

It’s still not entirely clear what’s going on here, @sammushe-0, but my understanding now is that you had the item sent to a US address.  Was somebody expected to forward the item to Armenia from that address, or was someone expected to collect the item from the US address on your behalf?

Be aware that some addresses may look like street addresses but are actually addresses for mailbox services.  The UPS Store is an example of a company that offers this sort of service.

We need more information on the shipping address you used for this purchase.

I always use that address for my deliveries, it's a registered delivery company in Armenia. My problem is that they can't pick up the product from the mailbox.

Can you describe the US address you use for your items?  Is it associated with the delivery company in Armenia?  How does the item get collected from this US address?

Did your item go to another location in the same US city or somewhere else?
